6rwen Terms and Conditions

Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the 6rwen platform and its users. By using the 6rwen website, mobile platform, or any other service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform. 6rwen reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account on 6rwen:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a legal resident or citizen of Bangladesh.
• You may only have one active account — multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Only one account per household or family is permitted.
• None of your previous accounts have been banned or suspended.

At registration you must provide a valid email address, phone number, and real name. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Security & Verification

The 6rwen platform uses SSL encryption to keep your information secure. However, you are also responsible for ensuring the security of your own account.

• Always keep your login credentials private and do not share them with anyone.
• Use a strong password made up of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Allowing a third party to use your account is prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC): For security purposes, 6rwen may request to verify your identity at any time. You may be required to provide a copy of your national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The most widely used and trusted payment methods in Bangladesh are supported on the 6rwen platform. The deposit and withdrawal terms are detailed below:

Deposit Terms

• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• The payment method used for a deposit must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests are processed after verification.
• Withdrawals may be held until the account is fully verified.
• Funds subject to an active bonus wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is met.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method and the same account used for the deposit.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

6rwen offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has specific conditions that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Another example: depositing ৳22,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.
• The bonus applies only once and can be claimed only once per person or household.

Wagering Requirement

• Before withdrawing the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.
• Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
• The wagering contribution rate may differ across various games — check with support for details.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus may be forfeited.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus offers are not transferable between individuals.
• Using multiple bonuses at the same time is prohibited unless specifically permitted.
• 6rwen reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account closure.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6rwen offers various gaming options including casino games, slots, live dealer games, and sports betting. Each game category has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled, except in the case of a technical error on the platform.
• In sports betting, a bet is considered valid only after the odds have been finalised.
• Placing multiple bets on opposing outcomes in the same event (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the gaming software is strictly prohibited.
• 6rwen closely monitors the activity of each account to ensure fair play.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6rwen platform. Violating these rules may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where necessary:

• Multiple Accounts: Opening or using more than one account per person.
• False Information: Providing false or incorrect information during registration or verification.
• Third-Party Funds: Making transactions using another person's account or card.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to legitimise funds obtained from illegal sources through the platform.
• Bots & Automation: Using any automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Fraud & Collusion: Using fraudulent strategies in cooperation with other players.
• Platform Hacking: Attempting unauthorised access to the system.
• Minor's Account: Operating an account on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.

Responsible Gaming

6rwen believes that gaming is an enjoyable form of entertainment — but it can also be addictive. We place the highest importance on the wellbeing and mental health of our users.

• Never play beyond your budget.
• Do not chase losses by placing desperate bets.
• Avoid playing while under the influence or under mental stress.
• Set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit on deposits or bets.
• Use the Self-Exclusion feature to temporarily close your account if needed.

Limitation of Liability

6rwen accepts no liability in the following cases:

• If gameplay is disrupted due to technical errors or internet connection issues.
• Due to delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• If unauthorized access to your account occurs due to your own negligence or mistake.
• If any loss occurs as a result of incorrect information you have provided.
• If services are disrupted due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.

In the event of any technical issue or dispute, 6rwen's decision will be considered final unless otherwise proven through investigation.

Account Closure & Suspension

6rwen reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• If any part of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If false information is provided or identity verification fails.
• If suspicious or unusual activity is detected on the account.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If evidence of fraudulent or illegal activity is found.
• If you voluntarily request Self-Exclusion.

You may also close your account at any time. In that case, withdrawal of any valid balance will be arranged subject to all wagering conditions being met.

Changes to Terms & Conditions and Their Effect

6rwen reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform or sent by email before any changes take effect.

• Updated terms and conditions will take effect from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request closure of your account.

If any part of these terms and conditions becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect. Please contact our support team for any disputes or questions regarding the terms and conditions.
